Online Shopping Policies
All "SHIPPED" online purchases are Final Sale. If item arrives damaged please refer to "Damaged Items" below.
All "IN STORE PICKUP" online purchases will follow the same policy as purchases made in store at one of our two locations.
"IN STORE" Return Policy - 7 Days FULL REFUND on REGULAR PRICED ITEMS. SALE items are a FINAL SALE. Purchases made with a coupon code are considered SALE items, and will be a FINAL SALE.
Damaged Items - We only replace or refund for items that arrive damaged. You have 48 hours from the time you receive your package to notify us of any damages. Once this 48 hour grace period ends, there are NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES. Please take a picture, and send an email to email@example.com
Please note we inspect all packages, and test all battery operated items prior to shipping. All packages are tracked, and shipped with insurance.
