Item Arrived Damaged - We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged. You have 48 hours from the time you receive your package to notify us of any damages. Once this 48 hour grace period ends, there are no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges issued. Please take a picture of the box, and the item and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We inspect all packages, and test all battery operated items prior to shipping. We want your item to arrive in one piece, so extra care and attention will be taken to ensure that happens.
